I'm sick and tired of being asked for a cigarette every thirty seconds or for some spare change! I am unemployed and looking for a job myself. I don't ask anyone for money and when I am asked I sugest to them to check out the "New Chapter" free employment help. These people won't help themselves! I sure can't understand why when I pay tax on money that I earn and then I pay tax again on any purchases and I file a tax return, why should they get a non-taxed handout when they can't get off their fat butts to make an effort! New Chapter opens at 9:00 am and I have never seen any of these panhandlers there!
