COMMUNITY DISCUSSIONS
New Thinking and New Services in Addictions
Vancouver Coastal Health is in the process of redesigning the delivery of existing addictions services.
The first piece of the redesign is to implement core addictions services at each Community Health Centre across Vancouver, including: prevention, needle exchange, counselling, methadone program and withdrawl support.
Come and find out more about the approaches and the services.
In Midtown there will be two community discussion sessions. One will be on November 20, 2003 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Riley Park Community Centre (50 East 30th Ave) and one will be on November 25, 2003 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Raven Song Community Health Centre (2450 Ontario St @ 8th Avenue).
