Is anyone else finding the "entertainment" in Grandview Park annoying. I live just off Commercial and the amplified "rap" music just sounds bad. Don't get me wrong, I like rap; but in my opinion amateur musicians shouldn't be allowed to use loud amps and speakers in the Park - it's just irritating. There should be a max decibel level and someone from the Parks Board (or something) to enforce it. What do you think?
