I'm not sure we are talking about the same stores ... the new place I was referring to just opened, only one or two months ago ... I'm at the south end of the Drive. I didn't want to name the places, because I don't want to slag a new business and people should decide for themselves where to shop. I was just making an observation that the Drive is such a different type of community, that people seem to realize what is going on here and are probably avoiding the new place out of loyalty, even though prices might be better. In most other neighbourhoods, people would just follow the lower prices. but not here! one of the reasons the Drive is such a great place to live and be. I emailed my comments directly to the manager of the new place, in case they are struggling and don't understand why, to let them know that if they go after the well established older place, it won't do them any good and they need to get with that.
