I couldn't diagree with you more. The Celluloid Drugstore is the best video store on the Drive. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about film and give great recommendations. If you return a DVD 12 days late, you should pay their late penalty and not get a break. That is 12 days of no revenue to the store on that particular DVD. They are a small business and can't afford to cut deals on late fees.
