I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#2742) who offers supportive and confidential counselling for individuals and couples with a focus on healthy change in relationships and life. I have a passion for working with individuals who have a desire to change the way they are in relationship with others and with individuals who wish to make changes in the way they are living their lives.

I believe that each of us has strengths that we draw upon to help us navigate the challenges of life and that in difficult times we may lose sight of those strengths. By exploring how you have managed difficult situations and times in your past, I work with you to re-discover and use these strengths to navigate current challenges.

I offer supportive and confidential counselling with a focus on empowering you to make the changes you wish to make in your life.  My goal is to be a witness to your challenges and work with you and support you in your journey.
